近年来，国家不断加大科技创新投入力度，出台了一系列加快实施科技成果转移转化的政策文件，其中技术入股作为一种重要的技术转移机制，因其独特的优越性，得到了越来越多的重视和关注。在此背景下，文章以华南农业大学为例，结合农科类科技成果开展技术入股的实践，就科技人员在整个技术入股过程中的角色及过程激励机制进行分析，以期为其他农业高校开展农业科技成果入股提供一定的借鉴和参考。
