本文采用计量学方法,以2008—2015年省自然科学基金的引文数据库(Science Citation Index)为依据,从学科分布、机构分布、高被引论文及ESI学科分析等视角下对广东省自然科学基金项目产出的论文及影响力水平进行分析和总结,以论文的情况揭示省自然科学基金这八年来的资助效果,并提出相关建议,为我省基础研究工作的合理配置提供决策参考。

This paper analyzes and concludes the papers published by Guangdong Province Natural Science Foundation and their corresponding impact from the perspectives of discipline distribution, organization distribution, mostly cited papers and ESI discipline analysis, by employing statistical methods using Science Citation Index of Guangdong Province Natural Science Foundation from year 2008 to 2015. The analysis helps to reveal the Guangdong Province Natural Science Fund funding effectiveness, offering evaluation judgement and decision support in the case of rational allocation of basic study within Guangdong province.
