水资源短缺已成为制约农业高效发展的瓶颈,而采用节水灌溉技术是解决农业水资源短缺的有效方式。本文基于甘肃省张掖的调查数据,运用二元Probit回归模型,实证分析了学习能力和外部风险对农户节水灌溉技术采用的影响,并通过引入交互项检验学习能力对外部风险的缓解作用。研究结果表明:基础学习能力、知识互动能力与辨识能力对农户节水灌溉技术采用均具有显著的正向影响;而外部风险对节水灌溉技术采用具有显著的负向影响;同时,学习能力能够缓解外部风险对节水灌溉技术采用的抑制作用。除上述影响因素以外,农户对节水灌溉技术的采用还受到性别、年龄、健康状况和家庭务农人数的影响。

Water shortage has become a bottleneck restricting the development of agriculture, developing the water-saving irrigation is an important way to solve the shortage of agricultural water resources. Taking the farmers in Zhangye area of Gansu Province as an example, Using Probit regression model to analysis the learning ability and external risk on farmers" water-saving irrigation technology ,and test the mitigation of learning ability on external risk by introducing interaction terms.The results showed that the basic learning ability, the knowledge interaction ability and the identification ability had a significant positive effect on the farmers" water-saving irrigation technology, while the external risk had a negative effect on the water-saving irrigation technology. At the same time, learning ability can mitigate the impact of external risk. In addition to the above factors, farmers" use of water-saving irrigation technology was also affected by gender, age, health and the number of households.
