随着“一带一路”战略的提出,中国与沿线国家展开了广泛的科技合作。本文借助Web of science 和ESI数据库对中国与64个“一带一路”国家的高被引合作论文进行研究,包括合作论文总量、高被引论文的数量、占比、产出国家和研究机构、载文期刊和基金、研究方向等,以了解科技合作的进展状况和优势学科。结果发现,论文总量、总被引频次、H-指数和高被引论文数量显著正相关,论文数量和论文质量都存在不均衡性,中国更偏好与地理位置较近、经济科技发展水平较高的一带一路国家合作。高被引论文的数量表现出逐年增加的总体趋势,并且近两年的高被引论文同时也是热点论文的重要组成部分。高被引论文主要集中于化学、物理、工程、医学等优势学科且多分布在SCI的top期刊上,中国科学院是高产机构,中国的自然科学基金发挥着积极作用。在此基础上本文提出了未来的科技合作发展对策,本文的研究发现和结论能够有利地推动高质量合著论文的产出、增加科技合作影响力。

With the implementation of " the Belt and Road with the countries in the initiative area. Based on Web of science and ESI database, This paper studied the characteristics of high-cited papers in China and 64 countries in the Belt and Road initiative area to understand the progress of science and technology cooperation. By Having a comprehensive analysis of the total number of papers, the number of highly cited papers, national and research institutions, journals and fund grants, research directions, etc., We found that there is a significant positive correlation between the total number of papers, the total cited frequency, the H-index and the number of highly cited papers. The number of papers and the quality of the paper are not balanced. China prefer to cooperation with the countries which more closer and have higher development level. The highly cited papers show an increasing trend over the past year, and the high cited papers in the past two years are also an important part of the hot papers. Highly cited papers are mainly focused on chemistry, physics, engineering, medicine and other advanced subjects, most of them are distributed in the SCI top journals, the Chinese Academy of Sciences is a productive institution, National Natural Science Foundation of China play a positive role. On this basis, We puts forward the countermeasures for the future development of science and technology cooperation. The research findings and conclusions of this paper can promote the output of high quality co-authored papers and increase the influence of science and technology cooperation.
