Abstract:Based on the data of the Yangtze River Economic Belt in 2009 - 2015, this paper constructs the regional innovation capacity evaluation index system and constructs the spatial weight matrix from the perspective of the flow of innovation elements and measures the spatial correlation intensity of the Yangtze River economic belt by means of the gravitational model, The influence of spatial association on regional innovation ability is studied by means of spatial econometric analysis. The empirical results show that the spatial correlation has a positive effect on the regional innovation ability, which is mainly realized in two ways. First, it effectively increases the frequency of communication between R D personnel and brings the space spillover of the technology to improve the overall innovation level. Is to reduce the exchange of innovative resources costs, improve R D capital utilization efficiency to achieve regional innovation capacity impact.
