知识产权证券化资产池构建的影响因素研究

摘要:

本文通过发放问卷的形式，针对在将知识产权进行证券化的过程中资产池创建的相关影响因素进行研究，共选取30个主要影响因素指标，并对其进行筛选与重新排序，建立关于资产池创建影响因素的评价模型，最终具体分为：基础资产自身性质、基础资产归属、基础资产风险、基础资产市场因素、被许可人及管理人相关影响、证券化后影响因素六类，为知识产权证券化在我国进一步的发展提供理论依据。

Abstract:

Research on the factors of influence on the construction of intellectual property securitization asset pool through a questionnaire in the form of index selection, the 30 main factors affecting on the screening and re ordering, construction of intellectual property securitization asset pool construction factors of the evaluation model, the final concrete is divided into: its nature and basic asset base assets based on ownership, asset risk, asset based market factors, the licensee and management related influences in six categories, provides a theoretical basis for further development of intellectual property securitization in china.
