科技工作者状况分析及对策建议 ---基于江苏省科技工作者调查

Analysis on the situation of Chinese scientific workers and suggestions --- Jiangsu province-based scientists survey

摘要:

为了了解我国科技工作者工作状况、生活状况、流动状况、管理状况以及思想状况，本研究以江苏省科技工作者为研究对象，对江苏13个省辖市近万名科技工作者进行了专项调查与分析，根据调查分析结果，提出了完善科研项目评审与科研经费管理办法；改善创新创业环境，为科技工作者解决创新创业后顾之忧；完善管理制度，为科技工作者提供稳定通畅的职业发展通道等八项建议。

Abstract:

In order to investigate the working status, living conditions, flow status, management status and ideological situation of scientific workers in China, this paper takes scientific workers of Jiangsu as the research object, and conducts a special investigation and analysis on nearly 10,000 scientists from 13 provincial cities of Jiangsu. According to the results of the investigation and analysis, this paper puts forward to improve the management of scientific research projects and the management of scientific research funds; to improve the environment for innovation and entrepreneurship, to solve the worries of innovation and entrepreneurship for science and technology workers; to improve the management system and provide stable and smooth for scientific workers Career development channel and other eight recommendations.
