Abstract:With the rapid economic development of coastal cities, the problems of environmental pollution and waste of resources is becoming more and more serious. This paper selects 13 coastal open cities as the research objects, using DEA-BCC model and Malmquist index decomposition method to calculate the green growth efficiency of 2007-2016. The results show that coastal cities are still likely to improve their efficiency. The scale of economic development, energy consumption level and technological progress affect green growth efficiency. Based on the above conclusions, this paper puts forward that we should take into account the regional differences, to adjust the structure of energy consumption, to promote technological progress and reduce environmental pollution. Increasing the efficiency of green growth by policy.
