基于“投入-实施-产出”分析模型的众创空间知识产权服务网络研究

STUDY ON THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY SERVICES NETWORK OF CO-MAKER SPACE BASED ON THE INPUT-IMPLEMENTATION-OUTPUT ANALYSIS MODEL

当今“双创”潮流下众创空间这一新型创业生态系统在国内各地迅猛发展，众创空间的发展与知识产权密不可分，做好知识产权服务能为这种新型经济模式提供有力支撑。基于创业生态系统提出众创空间的三维空间模型，围绕该模型探讨众创空间知识产权服务网络与创业生态系统的双向影响关系；并基于投入-实施-产出（IPO）分析模型剖析投入-实施-产出3阶段的网络运行现状，从环境生态圈资源供给匹配度分析网络运行不佳的原因，提出服务网络构建思路。

Abstract:

With the entrepreneurship and innovation trends, the rapid development of co-maker space has become new entrepreneurship ecosystem in various parts of the country nowadays, it’s development is closely related to the intellectual property service, so it is important to develop intellectual property service, which provides important support for this new economic model. Based on the entrepreneurial ecosystem, this paper presents a three-dimensional space model of co-maker space, and explores the two-way relationship between co-maker space intellectual property service network and the entrepreneurial ecosystem; based on the IPO analysis model, analyzes three stages of input-implementation-output of intellectual property service network. From the matching degree of the environmental ecosphere, the paper analyzes the reasons for the poor operation of the network，and puts forward the construction proposals of intellectual property service network.
