生态工业园区产业共生网络形成影响因素实证研究

Empirical Study on the Influence Factors of Industrial Symbiosis Network Emergence in Eco-industrial Parks

摘要:

发展产业共生网络是建设生态工业园区的核心任务。基于历史文献，系统梳理影响产业共生网络形成的驱动因子和障碍因子；并采用问卷调查法与因子分析法，试图探寻其中的关键因素。研究结果显示：影响产业共生网络形成的因素可归纳为经济、技术与资源、企业认知与能力、政策制度、合作氛围、环境意识与效益六个方面；其中，经济因素、技术与资源因素是影响产业共生网络形成的关键因素，严厉的控制型政策相比激励型政策对驱动企业实施共生项目更为有效，企业认知与能力是重要的阻碍因素等。基于分析结果，提出相关政策建议，以更好地推进生态工业园区的发展。

Abstract:

The development of industrial symbiosis network(ISN) is the core task of establishing an eco-industrial park. Driving factors and obstacle factors of influencing the ISN emergence were summarized from the enterprise’s perspective based on historical documents; key factors were tried to discover through questionnaires and factor analysis. The results show that influence factors can be summarized as six areas of economy, technology and resources, corporate knowledge and ability, policies and regulations, cooperative atmosphere, environmental awareness and effectiveness. Among them, economic, technology and resources factors are the key factors influencing the ISN emergence. It is more effective to facilitate enterprises to implement the projects of industrial symbiosis by rigorous controlling policies compared to incentive-based supportive policies. Corporate knowledge and ability are important impediments of the ISN emergence. Finally, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions based on the results in order to develop ISN.
