给予风电产业有效的创新资金配置有利于我国能源结构优化向纵深方向发展。为解决理论层面信贷作用存在的争论,本文在机理分析基础上采用熵权法构建技术创新综合指数弥补传统衡量指标选取单一带来的偏误,建立协整与误差修正模型对银行信贷是否可以支撑风电产业技术创新进行检验,研究结果表明银行信贷与技术创新不仅存在长期均衡的正向相关关系,也存在着短期可调整误差。启示在于加强风电项目信贷风险管理,积极引进民间资本,建立创新供给与创新需求平衡的政策体系将进一步发挥银行信贷对风电产业技术创新的积极作用。

Giving wind power industry effective allocation of innovative funds is conducive to China"s energy structure optimized in depth direction.In order to solve the existing theoretical debate on the role of credit,on the basis of mechanism analysis, this paper constructs a comprehensive index of technological innovation by entropy weight method to make up for the errors brought by single selection of traditional measurement indexes. Besides , establishing error correction model to test whether bank credit can support the technological innovation of wind power industry . The results show that bank credit and technological innovation not only have long-term balanced positive correlation, but also short-term adjustment error. The enlightenment is strengthening the management of credit risk of wind power projects, introducing private capital actively, and establishing policy system ,including supply and demand balance of innovation, will further play a positive role in bank credit to the technology innovation of wind power industry .
