基于专利信息的中国粮油产业技术研发态势分析

Analysis of Technology Research and Development Situation of China's Grain and Oil Industry Based on Patent Information

摘要:

粮油安全是我国国民经济发展和社会全局稳定的重大战略问题。本文通过中国国家知识产权专利数据库作为数据来源，采用SOOPAT专利数据库搜索引擎作为检索工具，对中国1986-2015年的粮油产业的专利申请趋势、技术生命周期、专利技术构成、热点专利、各国来华申请情况、法律状态以及地区分异进行了系统分析。结果表明，中国粮油产业处于技术生命周期的成熟期，由最初的重视专利数量转变为注重专利质量的提升；绝大部分专利以职务发明为主，申请人主要是大专院校及科研单位，专利存活期普遍较短；杀虫剂植物生长调节剂、微生物或酶、栽培、播种施肥及植物再生是目前中国粮油产业技术研发的热点领域。

Abstract:

Grain and oil security is a major strategic issue of national economic development and social stability of our country. In this article,through the Chinese intellectual property patent database as the data source,using SOOPAT patent database search engine as a retrieval tool,analysised the 1986-2015 years of Chinese patent application trend of grain and oil industry,technology life cycle,patent technology,hot spots,national patent application situation in China,legal status and regional differentiation.The results showed that China's grain and oil industry in the maturation of technology life cycle,from the initial attaches great importance to the number of patents convert to pay more attention to the ascension of the patent quality, Most of the patents were based on the invention of the position. The applicant was mainly a junior college and scientific research unit. Pesticide plant growth regulator, microorganism or enzyme, cultivation, seeding fertilizer and plant regeneration were the hot spots in the development of Chinese grain oil industry technology.
