中国省域高技术产业创新效率的收敛性及其影响因素研究 ——基于空间经济学视角

A Study on the Convergence of Innovation Efficiency of High - tech Industry and Its Influencial Factors in China's Provinces — Based on the Perspective of Spatial Economic

摘要:

针对中国高技术产业创新效率的现实差距与创新驱动发展的经济发展路径转变问题，利用随机前沿分析方法，从创新价值链的产出视角出发，构建C-D生产效率函数对中国各省域高技术产业创新效率进行了测度，然后构建空间计量模型研究了中国省域高技术产业创新效率的收敛性。实证结果表明：中国省域高技术产业创新效率在整体上出现逐渐上升的态势，但表现出明显的空间异质性； 指数表明，中国省域高技术产业创新效率具有显著的空间自相关性，呈现显著的集群趋势；考虑空间效应的中国省域高技术产业创新效率不仅存在着绝对收敛，而且存在条件收敛，且固定资产投资对省域高技术产业创新效率产生了明显的杠杆效应，但市场竞争和政府支持对省域创新效率的影响表现为不明显。

Abstract:

Aiming at the real gap between the innovation efficiency of China's high-tech industry and the change of the economic development path driven by innovation, this paper uses the stochastic frontier analysis method,constructing the C-D production efficiency function to measure provincial industrial innovation efficiency from the perspective of the output of the innovation value chain, and then constructs the spatial measurement model to study the convergence efficiency of China's provincial high-tech industry innovation efficiency. The empirical results show that the innovation efficiency of high-tech industry in China has gradually increased on the whole, but it shows obviously spatial heterogeneity. The index shows that the innovation efficiency of high-tech industry in China has significant spatial autocorrelation, showing significant cluster trends.The efficiency of innovation in China's high-tech industry is not only the absolute convergence, but also the conditional convergence, and the investment of fixed assets has obvious leverage effect on the efficiency of provincial high-tech industry innovation, but the market Competition and government support for provincial innovation efficiency is not obvious.
