Abstract:Aiming at the real gap between the innovation efficiency of China's high-tech industry and the change of the economic development path driven by innovation, this paper uses the stochastic frontier analysis method,constructing the C-D production efficiency function to measure provincial industrial innovation efficiency from the perspective of the output of the innovation value chain, and then constructs the spatial measurement model to study the convergence efficiency of China's provincial high-tech industry innovation efficiency. The empirical results show that the innovation efficiency of high-tech industry in China has gradually increased on the whole, but it shows obviously spatial heterogeneity. The index shows that the innovation efficiency of high-tech industry in China has significant spatial autocorrelation, showing significant cluster trends.The efficiency of innovation in China's high-tech industry is not only the absolute convergence, but also the conditional convergence, and the investment of fixed assets has obvious leverage effect on the efficiency of provincial high-tech industry innovation, but the market Competition and government support for provincial innovation efficiency is not obvious.
