已有文献对发达中小城市制造业评价的研究比较少,选取佛山、东莞、无锡和宁波等四个制造业发达城市,建立新型制造业综合评价指标体系,运用离差最大化的组合评价方法,对评价指标数据进行分析,结果表明,无锡制造业经济效益水平最高,宁波制造业科技创新能力最强,佛山制造业能源节约能力最强,佛山制造业环境保护能力优势显著,佛山制造业社会服务能力最强,无锡制造业整体“新型化”程度最高。

The comprehensive assessment and comparative study of manufacturing Between developed cities is less. The paper chooses four cities including Foshan,Dongguan,Wuxi and Ningbo which are developed manufacturing industry cities in China, and builds the comprehensive evaluation index system of new-type manufacture, then applies the maximizing deviations to analyze the index data. The results show that Wuxi has the highest economic benefit of manufacturing, Ningbo has the strongest technology innovation ability of manufacturing, Foshan has the maximum energy savings, significant advantage of environmental protection,and the strongest social service ability,and Wuxi has the highest degree in new-type manufacturing as a whole.
