Abstract:Servitization is the transformation direction of manufacturing enterprise, the internet has emerged as a strategic resource which promotes manufacturing servitization setting out from “manufacturing plus service” towards deeper integration of manufacturing, service and the internet. The business model is transforming from value chain integration to network ecosystem. From the perspective of service ecosystem, this article points out the formation of service ecosystem of manufacturing, and then analyzes the structure of service ecosystem. In the end, the path of manufacturing servitization is proposed. The service ecosystem is composed of the supply system, demand system and other social resources. There are three types of servitization paths of manufacturing through the integration of social resources and servitization to upgrade.
