服务化是制造企业转型的方向,互联网成为战略性资源推动制造业服务化从“制造 服务”迈向“制造、服务和互联网”深度融合,商业模式从价值链整合向网络化生态转变。本文从服务生态系统的视角指出制造业服务生态系统的形成,然后剖析制造业服务生态系统的结构,最后提出制造业服务化升级的路径。服务生态系统由供应系统、需求系统和其他社会资源构成,制造企业通过社会资源整合和服务化程度升级而呈现三种服务化升级路径。

Servitization is the transformation direction of manufacturing enterprise, the internet has emerged as a strategic resource which promotes manufacturing servitization setting out from “manufacturing plus service” towards deeper integration of manufacturing, service and the internet. The business model is transforming from value chain integration to network ecosystem. From the perspective of service ecosystem, this article points out the formation of service ecosystem of manufacturing, and then analyzes the structure of service ecosystem. In the end, the path of manufacturing servitization is proposed. The service ecosystem is composed of the supply system, demand system and other social resources. There are three types of servitization paths of manufacturing through the integration of social resources and servitization to upgrade.
