面对当下科技产业的迅猛发展以及市场竞争的不断加剧,科技代工企业如何根据国内外竞争现状与产业结构的变化,加快科技升级和结构调整,寻求独特的发展空间推进企业的战略转型显得尤为重要[1]。本文基于动态能力范式视角,采用案例研究法,分析了S集团从OEM向OBM的成功转型升级过程中资源基础的转变,总结出相关针对科技代工企业转型升级的建议,对实业界的改革创新发展具有借鉴意义。

With the deepening of the development of science and technology industry and market competition, OEM technology enterprises how to speed up the upgrading structural adjustment and seek unique development space to promote the strategic transformation of company is very important. Based on the dynamic capability view, this paper analyzes the effect of four transformations of the group"s resource through the use of case study method.
