Abstract:Along with the advancement of the "Double First Class" construction, in order to rapidly promote the number of high-level talent index, the fierce competition of talentSintroduction has been launched in universities. This paper analyzes the talent flow in universities based on the bounded rationality hypothesis. It constructsSa dynamic game model composed of the university of cultivating talents, the university of talentSintroduction and the talent, discussing the game players" behavior and influence. The results show that under the strategy of , the university raises salaries and research grants to introduce talent. It rapidly improves the proportion of talent flow, at the same time reduces the probability of fostering talents in universities. If the index of talents" number in the "Double First Class" evaluation is unchanged, it will further aggravate the balance of talents in China"s eastern and western regions. Finally, relative policies and proposals are put forward from the talent level, college level and national level based on the results of the analysis.
