基于两阶段的区域创新与产业结构优化研究

Research on Regional Innovation and Industrial Structure Optimization Based on Two Stages of Innovation

摘要:

从创新生产的角度，围绕价值创造，将创新分为研发创新和产品创新两阶段，以2005—2015年我国30个省级行政区（不含西藏港澳台地区）为样本，分析区域创新两阶段促进产业结构优化的内在机理和运行机制。研究结果表明：区域间的产业结构优化存在显著的空间互动关系，产业结构合理化和高级化程度高的地区对周边地区存在虹吸效应，致使我国区域间产业结构优化进程不同步；进一步研究发现，创新两阶段对产业结构优化均有积极的促进作用，且这种促进作用不但发生在本地，还存在显著的空间溢出，研发创新促进产业结构的合理化作用非常显著，而产品创新则更倾向于促进产业结构高级化。

Abstract:

This paper, from the angle of innovation production, divides innovation into two stages of R&D and product innovation based on the 30 provinces and regions of China 2005-2015. The paper analyzes the internal mechanism and the operation mechanism of the two stages of regional innovation to promote the optimization of industrial structure. The results show that there is a significant spatial interaction in the regional industrial structure optimization; the areas with high optimization of industrial structure have siphon effect on the surrounding areas, which leads to the different steps of the optimization of the industrial structure in our country. Further research shows that the two stages of innovation have positive effects on industrial structure optimization. And this kind of stimulative function not only takes place in the local, but also has the remarkable spatial overflow: the R&D innovation promotes the industrial structure rationalization function very obviously, but the product innovation is more apt to promote the industrial structure to a higher level.
