本文运用主成分分析法,建立了职业经理人的创新能力提升影响因素模型,从定量的角度对职业经理人的创新能力提升影响因素进行识别,得出了几点结论:(1)职业经理人的创新能力提升影响因素可以从知识创新因素、服务创新因素、行为创新因素和变革创新因素四个方面进行深入研究。(2)综合各种因素及因子分析开看,对于持续学习、积极寻求解决问题的新方法、善于构建高效团队及协同协作、具有较强的资源整合、突破力和激情奉献、设计更多创新激励机制和以客户为中心能有效提升职业经理人的创新能力

In this paper, we use principal component analysis method to build the influencing factors of professional managers' innovative ability promotion model; we get some conclusions from the quantitative point of view: 1) The enhance of the innovation ability of professional managers are mainly show by the aspects of knowledge innovation factors, service innovation factors, behavior innovation factors and innovation factors; 2) Comprehensive analysis of various factors, below factors can effectively enhance the professional managers’ innovation ability: continuous learning, actively seek new ways to solve the problem, good at building efficient teams and collaborative collaboration, strong integration of resources, breakthroughs and passion dedication and design more innovation Incentive mechanism and customer-centric.
