基于演化博弈的科技金融主体合作策略与监督机制研究

Cooperation strategy and supervision mechanism for sci-tech finance based on evolutionary game analysis

摘要:

在实施创新驱动发展战略的背景下,科技金融对促进科技型中小企业的发展起到了积极的作用,而资金供需主体利益难于权衡的问题一直是制约科技金融快速发展的重要障碍。本文以科技型中小企业和商业银行作为科技金融的参与主体,运用演化博弈的方法,建立两个主体间的演化博弈模型、设定相关变量,从而得到复制动态方程,以此为基础来分析两个演化博弈主体之间的均衡关系,通过分析得到能够影响两个博弈主体选择合作策略的稳定性影响因素,并引入监督和惩罚机制。

Abstract:

Under the background of the innovation-driven development strategy, Sci-tech finance has played a positive role in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. The difficulty of balancing the interest between the capital suppliers and demanders has been the important obstacle which hinders the development of Sci-tech finance. Taking the SMEs and commercial banks as the participants of Sci-tech finance, this paper set up an evolutionary game model. Relevant variables are set and replicated dynamic equation is obtained. Equilibrium relationship between the participants is discussed. Factors influencing the cooperation strategy of the participants are drawn out. Finally, supervision and punishment mechanism is brought out.
