Abstract:Technology transfer is one of the most popular topics all over the world. Since 2016 how to promote technological achievements, which are created in universities, to commercialization have already become a critical problem for China. But both policies and researchers most focus on university staff’ research results, largely ignoring the students' technology achievements commercialization. This paper focus on the University Students' technological achievements’ commercialization, and clearing the adscription of right though the legal-economic-cross analysis. Then using the game theory to find which situation can bring the maximize benefits to the university and student. Finally, based on bilateral moral hazard model, which composes of Two-part Tariff model and Nash Bargaining model, creating a project of interest distribution that can promote technological achievements commercialization efficiently.
