东北地区“双创”能力评价研究

A Research on the Double-innovation Capability Evaluation in Northeast China

摘要:

随着中国人口红利优势的逐渐消失,依靠国内消费和劳动密集型产品出口的经济发展模式已经不能适应国际大环境。目前“大众创业,万众创新”已经成为推动我国经济增长的新动力。但是我国不同区域的“双创”能力发展很不平衡,需要建立一套全面合理的“双创”能力评价指标体系,科学评判各地区“双创”能力。本文以东北地区“双创”能力为研究对象,运用因子分析法和聚类分析法得出东北地区“双创”能力发展处于劣势的结论,并提出提升东北地区“双创”能力的对策建议。

Abstract:

As the advantage of the demographic dividend fades away. The economic development model relying on domestic consumption and export of labor-intensive has been unable to adapt to the international environment. In this paper, the northeast "Mass entrepreneurship and innovation capability as the research object. Using the factor analysis method and cluster analysis method to conclude that the northeast region is at disadvantage in the development of "double-innovation" capability. Then put forward some countermeasures to promote the northeast "Mass entrepreneurship and innovation" capability.
