区域循环经济标准体系的构建,不仅需要科学的理论指导,还需要结合区域自身特点和循环经济发展水平进行设计。通过对区域的资源环境特点、循环经济产业现状、循环经济发展模式和标准现状进行分析后,运用程序分析法、模块化理论、生命周期理论等构建了以基础标准和专业标准为主体,以技术、工作、管理三类基础标准子体系和企业、园区、其他三类专业子体系为主要内容的“4 6”模块化区域循环经济标准体系。
