传统农业污染严重,农业生态创新迫在眉睫。双元理论要求现代化农业要同时注重生态和经济效益,绿色农业应运而生。绿色农业发展的瓶颈是技术扩散不利,表现在技术的供给侧和需求侧,为此建立“政府-农民”演化博弈模型。结果显示:政府加大对绿色生产的监督力度,减少农民的技术购买成本,可实现绿色农业技术的有效扩散。在此基础上,构建技术扩散循环机制,分别从农业生产的产前、产中和产后提出促进绿色农业技术扩散的对策。

Production activities of traditional agriculture can cause severe pollution problems, which prompts the government to make ecological innovations. According to the requirement of ambidexterity theory in the eco-innovation, modern agricultural production should achieve not only ecological benefits but also economic benefits. Promoting green agriculture is an effective impetus to accomplish this dual goal. A crucial factor restricting the development of green agriculture is inefficient technology diffusion, and the main problem lies in both sides of the supply and demand of technology represented by the government and farmers. For this question, an evolutionary game model containing government and farmers was built. The results showed that in order to realize effective diffusion of green agriculture technology, the government should strengthen the supervision of farmers’ green production and reduce their cost of purchasing relevant technology. On the basis of conclusion, a green technology diffusion circulation mechanism was proposed to ensure green production in the whole agricultural production process.
