Research on Urban Development of Fuzhou Based on Green Economy Theory

摘要:

“绿色经济”是实现“绿色发展”的重要路径，是“十三五”时期福州市适应新常态经济发展趋势的必由之路。通过相关数据对绿色经济下福州城市发展各指标变化趋势进行分析，总结影响绿色经济下福州城市发展的主要因素及其机遇与挑战，构建由发展测评指标、驱动、控制、发展与转型子等五个子系统组成的绿色经济下福州城市发展体系，提出“加强顶层设计、制定绿色经济下福州城市发展战略”、“构建多层次、高时效的福州城市发展测评与控制体系”等五项实施建议。

Abstract:

"Green economy" is an important way to achieve "Green development" and the only for Fuzhou to adapt to the new normal of economic grow during the 13th Five-Year Plan. Based on the relevant data, this paper analyzes the change trend of Fuzhou urban’s green economy development indicators, summarizes the main factors which influence Fuzhou urban’s green economy development, concluds opportunities and challenges of Fuzhou urban’s green economy development, constructs Fuzhou urban development system under the theory of green economy which is composed by development evaluation index sustem, drive system, control system, development and transformation system. Putting forward ”Strengthen top-level design and develop green economic development strategy of Fuzhou”, “Construct multi level and high efficiency evaluation control system of Fuzhou urban’s green economy development” and other five implementation recommendations.
