鉴于企业主流与新流创新的持续性、动态性和周期性,利用系统动力学方法,通过因果关系图和系统流图分析,建立主流与新流创新系统动力学模型。在此基础上,以HY公司为研究对象,广泛收集和整理相关数据,并设定系统参数,继而利用系统动力学软件Vensim PLE作为仿真平台,对创新收益影响因素、资源配置优先度以及创新资源投入组合方案进行模拟仿真。结果显示:降低主流资源配比有利于提升企业总利润,新流创新资源配置优先度是管理投入>市场投入>生产投入>研发投入;企业需要调整资源配置结构、重新定位主流创新,优化资源投入组合、促进新流稳步提升,拓展资源获取渠道、保障创新持续开展。

In view of sustainability, dynamic and periodicity of enterprise mainstream newstream innovation, the system dynamics method is used to establish the system dynamics model through the analysis of causality diagram and system flow diagram. On this basis, taking HY Company as the research object, relevant data are collected, and the system parameters are set. And then, the system dynamics software Vensim PLE is used as the simulation platform, simulating influence factors of innovation income, resource allocation priority, and combination scheme of innovation resources input. The results show that reducing the ratio of mainstream resources is beneficial to improve the total profit, and newstream innovation resource allocation priority is management inputs > market inputs > production inputs > R D inputs. Enterprises need to adjust the resource allocation structure and reposition the mainstream innovation; optimize the resources combination and promote newstream innovation steadily; expand the resource acquisition channels and ensure the sustained development of innovation.
