产学研合作对创新型城市建设影响力的实证研究——以西安市为例

摘要:

产学研合作基础资源、环境在创新型城市的建设过程中起到了重要的作用。本文综合运用分析层次分析法(AHP)和模糊综合评价方法,以西安市为例,截取2010-2015年面板数据,构建产学研合作对创新城市建设的影响程度的评级指标体系,并进行实证分析。结果显示产学研合作对创新型城市建设的影响程度逐年递增,其中合作创新产出的影响程度高于合作创新投入。

Abstract:

It is playing an important role that industry-university-institute" cooperation as the basic resources and environment in the construction of an innovative city. In this paper, taking xi "an as an example and adopting the interception of 2010-2015 panel data, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are integrated used to empirical analysis the influence of constructing innovative city construction of "industry-university-institute" cooperation degree of the rating index system. The results show that the impact of cooperation on the construction of innovative cities is increasing year by year, and the impact of cooperation innovation output is higher than that of collaborative innovation.
