Abstract:As an important part of new think tank with Chinese characteristics, science think tank plays an important role in scientific decision. Science think tank talent has the characteristics of strategic, professional, independent and innovative. In this paper, through summarizing the present situation and insufficiency of science think tank talent management, draw lessons from the experiences and practices of main foreign science think tank in talent management, put forward ideas and suggestions to promote talent introduction, training, use and management of science think tank in our country, from the aspects of organization operation, human resource management and think tank environment.
