近年来,文化创意产业作为国家竞争力的综合体现,以其高速增长性成为拉动我国GDP增长的重要因素,我国政府加大了对其投入,以期在激烈的竞争中取胜。在文化创意产业实现数量上高速增长的同时,其增长的质量、区域差异同样值得关注。本文基于规模报酬可变的RD-Malmquist指数模型,对我国文化创意产业效率、增长质量、区域差异进行了理论探索和实证分析,通过对我国148家文化创意产业上市公司2010-2015年的全要素生产率变化进行测算与分解,探索京沪深三大文化创意产业先驱城市和东、中、西部三大区域之间的差异,并试图分析效率差异背后的原因。在此基础上,提出了提高我国文化创意产业生产效率、缩减区域差异的建议措施。

In recent years, cultural and creative industry as a comprehensive manifestation of national competitiveness, with its rapid growth has become an important factor that driving China"s GDP growth, our government has increased its investment in order to win the fierce competition. In the cultural and creative industry not only to achieve the high-speed number growth but also to pay attention to its growth in quality, regional differences are also worthy of attention. Based on the RD-Malmquist index model with variable payability, this paper makes a theoretical exploration and empirical analysis on the efficiency, growth quality and regional differences of China"s cultural and creative industry. Through the analysis the changes of the total factor productivity of China"s 148 cultural and creative industry listed companies in 2010-2015, and the decomposition of the three major city including Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen that that the cultural and creative industry development earlier, and try to analyze the reasons behind the difference of efficiency. On this basis, the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the production efficiency of China"s cultural and creative industry and reduce the regional differences.
