本文运用过程分析方法，以美国标准体系为研究对象，进行现状阐述和驱动因素分析。研究表明：美国标准体系经历自成长阶段、政策驱动的规范发展阶段和市场驱动的优化升级阶段。政府政策、国际合作与交流、贸易水平、技术水平、市场环境、发展理念和共同治理是主要影响因素，其中，政府政策、贸易水平、技术水平和发展理念是第一次阶段间发展的驱动因素，市场环境、共同治理、技术水平和发展理念是第二次阶段间发展的驱动因素。

Abstract:

This article carries on the present situation and the drive factors to the American Standardization system by using the process analysis method, which takes the American standard system as the study object. The American standardization system has experienced three stages: the growth stage, standardized development stage driven by the policy and optimization and upgrading stage driven by the market, through the empirical analysis. It has received seven main factors, which would impacts standard system development，including government policy, international cooperation and exchanges, trade level, technological level, market environment, development concept and joint governance. Among them, government policy, trade level, technology level and development concept are the driving factors of the first phase development, then market environment, joint governance, technological level and development concept are the driving forces for the development of the second phases.
