北欧国家人口稀少,国内市场狭小,但创新能力与经济发展却常年居于世界领先位置,这主要归功于其重视科技创新、持续实行创新战略与政策。本文研究瑞典、丹麦、芬兰等北欧国家的主要创新战略与科技创新政策,并提出若干启示建议。

The Nordic countries sparsely populated. Its domestic market is narrow, but the innovation ability and economic development are in the leading position around the world. It is mainly due to its emphasis on science and technological innovation, and continues implements the innovation strategy and policy. This paper researches the innovation strategy and science and technology innovation policy of Sweden, Denmark and Finland, and put forward some suggestions.
