中韩科研合作网络、模式与演进路径研究

摘要:

【目的/意义】中韩两国建交20多年以来,两国关系进入了迅猛发展的时期,双方也致力于推动学术交流,本文从韩国各个政权阶段分析中韩科研合著论文的发展路径,为两国教育交流政策的制定提供数据参考,为两国科研机构的学术合作进一步发展提供新的启示。【方法/过程】采用中韩合著的SCI论文进行产出力、影响力的分析,构建其学科网络、机构合作网络,结合韩国政权变化、中韩教育制度深入挖掘韩国各个政权阶段的科研合作模式,绘制中韩科研合作演化路径。【结果/结论】最终发现朴槿惠时期是中韩科研合作的腾飞时期,双方高校积极投入到中韩教育发展中,各种层面的学术交流活动日益频繁,合作的论文数量和质量都有很大的提升,机构的覆盖面及重点学科有所扩展,形成了“战略联盟”、“校企合作”、“地方合作”等自由化、多样化、开放化的“N+N”合作模式。

Abstract:

There are over the 20 years since the establishment of diplomatic ties between China and South Korea, bilateral relations have entered a period of rapid development. Both sides have also been committed to promoting academic exchanges. From the regime stages of South Korea, the development status of scientific research co-authored papers with China and South Korea was analyzed to provide data reference for the establishment of education exchanges policy and a new revelation for further development of academic cooperation of scientific research institutions between the two countries. Output power, influence and key disciplines of coauthor SCI papers between China and South Korea were analyzed. Its institutional cooperation network was built, the key, a minor, major and general institutions were identified, and the cooperation pattern was excavated. Results show that Park Geun-hye period is a rapid development period of scientific research cooperation between China and South Korea. Colleges and universities between China and South Korea are engaged in the development of education. Academic exchanges of various aspects are increasingly frequent, the number and quality of coauthor SCI papers have a lot of improvement, and coverage of institutions and key disciplines are expanded.
