专利联盟是技术经济发展的必然结果,而我国专利联盟仅十年历史。我国企业及相关研究者对专利联盟的市场绩效缺乏明晰的认知。专利联盟特质是影响专利联盟绩效的重要因素。实证性的检验揭示了专利联盟特质对联盟市场绩效影响的微观机理,发现了我国专利联盟建设中的成效与不足,提出了专利联盟建设的改进方向,从而进一步促进我国专利联盟的成长。总体而言,我国专利联盟取得了一定的发展,但规范性较低,许多主要功能尚未实现,与西方国家存在相当大的差距。

The patent alliance is the inevitable result of the technology economy development, and our patent alliance is only ten years of history. Those enterprises and related researchers in China have no clear knowledge on patent alliance market performance. Patent Alliance features is an important factor affecting the patent alliance performance. The empirical test reveals the microscopic improvement mechanism of Patent Alliance characteristics in alliance performance, found the effectiveness and shortcomings in the building of China"s Patent Alliance, and put forward the improvement direction of patent alliance construction, which will further promote China"s Patent Alliance growth.
