随着创新驱动的深入,科技企业加速器逐步呈现出个性化、多元化的发展趋势,企业主办和风投主办的科技企业加速器是最能适应未来激烈市场竞争的两种模式。配合模式的选择,科技企业加速器创办者也需针对自身特点,科学调控与配置内外部资源,将准入、服务、盈利、退出四大机制巧妙结合,以设计一套科学合理的加速器运营机制。

With the deepening of Innovation Driving, the technology enterprise accelerator has gradually developed a trend of personalization and diversification. The technology enterprise accelerator that belongs to enterprise – sponsored or venture capital hosted is the most suitable model for the fierce market competition in the future. With the choice of the model, the founder of the technology enterprise accelerator need to control and configure the internal and external resources scientifically according to their own characteristics, so as to cleverly combine the four mechanism(Access Mechanism, Service Mechanism, Profit Mechanism and Exit Mechanism) to design a scientific and reasonable operating mechanism.
