在全球化与知识化的时代背景下,企业提升竞争优势的重要基础是进行供应链集成管理。但现有研究对于供应链集成与企业技术创新绩效之间的关系认识还有待于进一步深化。利用498家高新技术上市公司的数据,探讨了供应链集成对企业技术创新绩效提升的作用机制。研究发现,企业供应链集成显著正向影响企业技术创新绩效,技术创新资源配置中研发资金配置和人力资源配置均显著正向调节供应链集成与企业技术创新绩效的关系,协同创新程度在企业供应链集成与技术创新绩效之间起到正向调节作用。最后,从技术创新资源配置等角度向企业管理部门提出政策建议,为企业提升技术创新绩效提供了实践指导。

Abstract:

In the context of globalization and knowledge, supply chain integration has become an important basis for enhancing the competitive advantage of enterprises. But the existing research for supply chain integration and enterprise technology innovation performance understanding between the need to be further deepened. Based on the data of 498 high-tech listed companies, this paper discusses the mechanism of supply chain integration to improve the performance of enterprise technology innovation. The study found that enterprise supply chain integration significantly positive impact on enterprise technology innovation performance, the allocation of R D funds and the allocation of human resources in the allocation of technological innovation resources are positively adjusting the relationship between supply chain integration and enterprise technological innovation performance, cooperative Innovation Level Adjusts the Relationship between Enterprise Supply Chain Integration and Enterprise Technology Innovation Performance. Finally, from the perspective of the allocation of technological innovation resources to the enterprise management policy recommendations for enterprises to enhance the performance of technological innovation provides practical guidance.
