摘要:

在借鉴国家企业信息化评价指标体系的基础上,系统分析了装配式建筑EPC企业的经营特点和信息化需求特点,应用对比法,对国内外文献梳理汇总,以信息化“投入——产出”为机理,构建我国装配式建筑EPC企业信息化绩效评价指标体系,其中二级指标包括战略规划、基础设施建设、人才建设、外部环境投入、财务指标、业务流程绩效产出、管理绩效产出、市场绩效产出、其他利益相关者和学习与成长。最后,采用层次分析法对指标进行了组合权重计算,通过总体一致性检验,实现了对装配式建筑EPC企业信息化绩效的评价应用。

Abstract:

On the basis of drawing on the evaluation index system of national enterprise informatization, this paper systematically analyzes the characteristics of the assembly building EPC enterprises and the characteristics of information needs. Using contrast method to summarize the domestic and foreign literature, it constructed the informatization performance evaluation index system with informatization "input-output" mechanism, which the second-level indicators including strategic planning, infrastructure construction, talent construction, external environment investment, financial indicators, business process performance output, management performance output, and the implementation of the EPC enterprise information performance evaluation index system, market performance output, other stakeholders and learning and growth. Finally, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to calculate the weight of the indicators, and the evaluation of the performance of the EPC enterprise is realized by the overall consistency test.
