Abstract:the enterprises can not develop without innovation, and the innovation is indispensable to the accumulation of knowledge. Based on team learning as the research perspective, through the questionnaire and hierarchical regression method, empirically studies the relationship between team learning and innovation performance, as well as, the adjustment of incentives on both. The results show that the team learning has a significant positive effect on innovation performance; motivation can effectively strengthen the relationship between team learning and innovation performance, among them, money and material incentives, non-material incentives such as encourage and commendation, appraising and promotion has a significant regulatory role. Therefore, the conclusion of the study for the enterprise managers use effective methods to motivate employees study, and provides a new perspective and reference to improve the overall innovation capability.
