企业的发展离不开创新,而创新的形成少不了知识的积累。本文以团队学习为研究视角,通过问卷的形式化,利用分层回归的方法,实证研究了团队学习与创新绩效的关系,以及激励方式对两者的调节作用。结果表明:团队学习对创新绩效具有显著的正向影响;激励机制能够有效强化团队学习和创新绩效的关系,其中,金钱等物质激励,以及鼓励表彰,评优晋升等非物质激励方式均具有显著的调节作用。因此该研究结论为企业以及管理者利用有效的手段激发员工学习,提高整体的创新能力提供了新的视角和借鉴。

the enterprises can not develop without innovation, and the innovation is indispensable to the accumulation of knowledge. Based on team learning as the research perspective, through the questionnaire and hierarchical regression method, empirically studies the relationship between team learning and innovation performance, as well as, the adjustment of incentives on both. The results show that the team learning has a significant positive effect on innovation performance; motivation can effectively strengthen the relationship between team learning and innovation performance, among them, money and material incentives, non-material incentives such as encourage and commendation, appraising and promotion has a significant regulatory role. Therefore, the conclusion of the study for the enterprise managers use effective methods to motivate employees study, and provides a new perspective and reference to improve the overall innovation capability.
