大数据环境下,科技管理服务深化面临着新的挑战,正在建设的国家科技管理信息系统是落实党和国家加快推进科技体制改革、构建科技大数据服务体系的重要抓手。面对多维多源的科技数据资源,传统的关系数据库难以满足对大量无序且异构数据的存储表示和复杂计算,同时易造成系统的数据冗余,为更好地实现系统底层数据资源规划,语义关联数据模型设计是科技大数据效用得以发挥的关键,其在精准检索、语义理解、知识组织、数据挖掘等方面都将发挥重要作用。文章从系统设计的角度出发,提出了面向科技数据资源的模型分析架构。

In the big data environment, the deepening of science and technology management services is facing new challenges. The construction of the national science and technology management information system is an important starting point for the implementation of the party and the state to speed up the reform of science and technology system and build a large data service system.In the face of multi-dimensional and multi-source scientific and technical data resources, the traditional relational database is difficult to meet the large number of disordered and heterogeneous data"s storage and complex computing, and it is easy to cause system data redundancy, in order to better achieve the underlying data system planning , semantic correlation data model design is the key to the big utility of science and technology, and it will play an important role in precision retrieval, semantic understanding, knowledge organization, data mining and so on. From the point of view of system design, this paper proposes a model analysis framework for science and technology data resources.
