Abstract:In the big data environment, the deepening of science and technology management services is facing new challenges. The construction of the national science and technology management information system is an important starting point for the implementation of the party and the state to speed up the reform of science and technology system and build a large data service system.In the face of multi-dimensional and multi-source scientific and technical data resources, the traditional relational database is difficult to meet the large number of disordered and heterogeneous data"s storage and complex computing, and it is easy to cause system data redundancy, in order to better achieve the underlying data system planning , semantic correlation data model design is the key to the big utility of science and technology, and it will play an important role in precision retrieval, semantic understanding, knowledge organization, data mining and so on. From the point of view of system design, this paper proposes a model analysis framework for science and technology data resources.
