企业入驻高新技术园区提高了创新绩效吗？——基于倾向得分匹配的实证研究

Does Enterprises Improve the Innovation Performance by Entering High-tech Zone:An Empricial Research Based On Propensity Score Matching Method

本文采用倾向得分匹配估计方法从微观视角研究企业入驻高新区的实际效应,研究发现：(1)在控制样本的选择性偏误后发现,企业入驻国家级高新区能够有效提升其自身创新绩效,且结果稳健；(2)相比省级高新区,入驻国家级高新区对于企业创新绩效的提升效果更为明显；(3)高新区政策对于企业创新的影响存在明显的企业异质性,初创期、小规模、民营的东部企业从“入驻行为”中获益最大。

Abstract:

In this paper, we use the propensity score matching method to study the actual effect of the enterprise entering into the high-tech zone from the micro perspective. The results show that: (1) After controling the selective bias of the sample, it is found that the enterprise which enter into the high-tech zone can effectively improve its own innovation performance, (2) Compared with the provincial high-tech zones, the effect of the enterprise which enter into the state-level high-tech zones is more obvious ; (3) the impact of the high-tech zone policy on enterprise innovation has obvious heterogeneity.Specifically, the initial, small-scale, private eastern enterprises benefit most from entering high-tech zone.
