本研究旨在梳理我国众创空间科技创新项目管理模式,规范化管理过程。采用案例分析的方法,选取北大创业孵化营、西安交大七楼创客汇、SOHO3Q、猪八戒、36氪、创新工场六个众创空间进行分析,得出不同类型众创空间所侧重服务环节有所差异的结论。提出众创空间要在管理过程中要明确产业发展定位,要注重不同类型间合作关系的建立来实现各自的功能强化,要以项目输送为核心加强“共享”链接、“投融资对接”粘合、统一政企标准来完善平台服务体系建设的意见。

The aim of the paper is to comb maker spaces’ scientific and technological innovation project management model, and standardized management process of different types of innovation projects in China. Beginning with science and technology innovation project management, the research analyzes the case of Peking University incubation camp, Seventh floor maker of Xi "an jiao tong university, SOHO3Q, Zhu Ba Jie, 36 kr, Sinovation Ventures,it is concluded that different types of marker space have different emphasis on service links. Proposed that we should make clear the orientation of industrial development, In the process of management, attention to the establishment of different types of cooperative relations so as to strengthenStheirSfunctions.The construction of the platform service system should be improved, taking the , which centers in projects supply, "investment and financing docking" as the glue, and standardizing the government and enterprises as the base.
