广东省科技形势分析的实践探索与发展路径研究

广东省科技形势分析始于2007年,经历了模仿化的1.0时代、结构化的2.0时代、标准化的3.0时代,目前已迈入第十个年头,正式进入制度化的4.0时代,标志着以科技形势分析报告为载体,全省共商科技形势的科技形势分析会议制度也逐步建立与完善,树立国内科技形势分析的新标杆,为兄弟省市科技形势分析工作提供宝贵的经验借鉴。本研究从广东省科技形势分析的理论探索出发,梳理了广东省科技形势分析的十年发展历程,归纳了其研究的框架与方法,并对下阶段深入开展全省季度科技形势分析提出若干思考与建议,以期为有关部门提供有益的决策参考。

It Set up a new benchmark for the analysis of domestic science and technology situation, and provide valuable experience for the analysis of the technological situation of other provinces. This research is based on the theoretical exploration of the situation of science and technology in Guangdong,summarizes the ten-year exploration process of the Analysis of Guangdong Science and Technology Situation, summarizes the framework and methods of its research, and puts forward some suggestions for the quarterly situation analysis, and provides useful decision-making reference for the relevant departments.
