Research on the Post Evaluation Approach for Enterprise Technological Projects

本文分析了中国企业科技项目后评价现状，提出企业科技项目后评价应更多从管理角度总结科研项目成功经验、查找存在的问题；基于企业科技项目特点，提出了被评价科技项目的四种状态作为确定后评价指标和内容的基础；针对科技项目每种状态，基于企业科技项目管理特点，探索提出了后评价指标和内容，对企业开展科技项目后评价具有重要参考价值

Abstract:

This article illustrates the current post evaluation situation of the science and technology projects in Chinese enterprises, emphasizes that enterprise technological projects post evaluation should sum up the successful experiences and look up the existing problems in management aspect. Based on the characteristics of the science and technology projects, this article presents four conditions of technological projects as the contents and the basis of the post evaluation indicators; according to the different conditions of science and technology projects, and on the strength of managementScharacteristics of projects, this paper raises the specific post evaluation indicators, provide an important referential for company technological projects’ post evaluation work
