四川航空产业军民深度融合发展对策研究

摘要:

航空产业列入我国十三五期间重点发展的战略性新兴产业,航空产业走军民融合发展之路业已形成推进产业结构的转型升级的重要举措。通过分析四川省航空产业军民融合取得的成就,存在的问题和国外典型国家航空产业军民融合的经验,提出推动军工资源优化配置扶持本地民营企业加快发展、推动建立军工企业与民营企业的对话机制、建设航空产业军民融合专业人才培养平台、加大对军民融合示范项目的资金支持力度、加快建设航空产业军民技术转移平台、支持设立我省民营低成本航空公司的政策建议。
