    摘要:

    本文在梳理我国的科技发展现状的基础上,分析我国科技发展中面临的问题和挑战。通过对德国“2020高科技战略”的深入剖析,进一步揭示国家科技发展战略对国家整体布局的影响。国家科技发展战略的制定必然是面向全球、立足全局,紧密结合本国自身的经济发展需求以及创新发展趋势,以科技发展引领国家整体发展新境界。自2010年德国“2020高科技战略”提出至今,德国的科技创新工作取得了显著进展。无论是从科技需求领域的精准定位、科技创新文化的宣传普及,还是创新型企业的成长与发展、创新人才的吸纳与培养等,高科技战略整体开展顺利,都值得我国科技工作者思考并借鉴。

    Abstract:

    Based on the combination of the status of science and technology development in our country, the problems and challenges in the development of science and technology of our country are analyzed by this paper. Through the deep analysis of the German "High Technology Strategy 2020", the impact of the national science and technology development strategy on the overall layout of the country can be further revealed in this paper. National science and technology development strategy must be developed for the global, based on the overall situation and in close connection with their own economic development needs and innovation development trends.And science and technology development can lead the country to develop a new realm.Since “2020 High Technology Strategy” of Germany put forward, significant progress have been made by German scientific and technological innovation not only in the precise needs positioning of the field of science and technology, the popularization of the innovation and the culture of science and technology, but only the growth and the development of the innovation-oriented enterprises, the attraction and cultivation of the innovative talents, It is worthy for Chinese scientific and technological workers to think and learn from it.
