当前中国大科学工程有关技术成熟度评价方法应用还处于初期阶段,特别是大科学工程研制过程中涉及的多品种、小批量、高精密产品的研制技术成熟度评价,实践探索和经验十分缺乏。本文研究了大科学工程巨型激光装置建设所需的高精密光学元器件研制技术成熟度评价体系,提出了光学元件研制的技术成熟度评价方法、评价等级、评价要素和评价流程。基于该体系对关键元件研制技术成熟度评价进行了实证应用,评价结果对巨型激光装置的工程设计提供了重要参考,降低了巨型激光装置研制风险及光学元件供货对巨型激光装置研制进度的影响。

At present, the domestic applications of Technology Readiness Levels (TRL) evaluation method are in the primary stage. The exploration and summary of TRL evaluation of various sort, little quantity and high precision products in large science project are lacking especially. The TRL evaluation system of fine optical components which are used in large laser facility building is researched, and the evaluation methods, levels, factors and flow are proposed in this article. Base on this system, the TRL evaluation is applied and demonstrated in the development of key components. The evaluation results provide an important reference for the engineering design of large laser facility. It also reduced the technology and schedule risk of development of the facility due to optical components.
