高校科研成果转化能力与效率关系的评价研究——基于2016年教育部直属61所高校的实证研究

A Study on the Evaluation of the Relationship between the Transformation Ability and Efficiency of Scientific Research Achievements in Universities： ?Evidence from 61 Universities Directly under the Ministry of Education in 2016

摘要:

高校科研转化能力与效率是衡量其学术水平的关键因素,更是一国科技创新的重要原动力。本文以2016年我国61所教育部直属高校为研究样本,运用因子分析和数据包络分析法(DEA方法)分别评价有关高校的科研成果转化能力及转化效率,并探讨高校科研转化能力与效率之间的关系。研究发现,高校间科研成果转化能力差异较大,不同因素对其影响程度不同；科研成果转化效率整体偏低；转化能力与转化效率非完全正相关。

Abstract:

University research transformation ability and efficiency is a key factor to measure its academic level, it is also an important driving force of scientific and technological innovation. In this paper, the sample is 2016 China"s 61 universities directly under the Ministry of Education, using factor analysis and data envelopment analysis (DEA method) to evaluate the transformation of scientific research achievements and conversion efficiency, and explore the relationship between university research transformation capacity and efficiency. The results show that there is a great difference in the conversion ability of scientific research among universities, and the influence degree of different factors is different. The conversion efficiency of scientific research is low and the transformation ability is not completely related to the conversion efficiency.
