在互联网金融发展的背景下,众筹融资作为一种新的科技金融模式,能够通过集中社会资金支持企业技术创新,凸显了重要的融资价值。众筹融资对企业技术创新的影响机制包括资金支持、增值服务、投后监督和降低市场化风险等。在此过程中,投资者、项目和企业的特征作为重要的影响因素,会影响众筹融资的模式选择。同时,针对我国众筹融资存在的问题,找出相应治理路径,以促进众筹融资更好服务企业技术创新。

With the development of internet finance, Crowdfunding, a new model of sci－tech finance, provides financial support for technological innovation of enterprises by raising fund from public. Crowdfunding accelerates technological innovation of enterprises by financial support, value-added services, project monitoring and market risk reducing. During this process, the characteristics of investors, projects and enterprises are important factors that affect the choice of model of crowdfunding. Meanwhile, it is important to find the appropriate governance path to solve the problems in China’s crowdfunding industry, which promotes better crowdfunding services for technological innovation of enterprises.
