Abstract:Based on system dynamics,this study constructs a system dynamics model of learning organization in order to research learning organization from the perspective of quantitative and dynamic analysis.This article quantifies the effect of factors which are helpful to improve the knowledge stock of learning organization, including the cumulative effect analysis of single factor and the synergy effect of two factors.Research shows that when the organization focus on the improvement of one factor, promoting its innovation capability is the most helpful to the improvement of its knowledge stock and the cumulative effect is the largest.When the organization focus on the improvement of two factors,promoting its innovation capability and changing organizational structure, the synergy effect is the largest.
