基于系统动力学,从定量、动态的角度对学习型组织进行研究,建立了学习型组织的系统动力学模型。本文对有助于提高学习型组织知识存量的因素的作用效果进行了量化,包括单因素的累积效应分析和双因素的协同效应分析。研究表明,当组织专注于一个因素的改进时,提高组织创新能力对提高组织知识存量效果最优,累积效应最强;当组织专注于两个因素的改进时,提高组织创新能力并改变组织结构,使组织趋于扁平化,协同效应最强。

Based on system dynamics,this study constructs a system dynamics model of learning organization in order to research learning organization from the perspective of quantitative and dynamic analysis.This article quantifies the effect of factors which are helpful to improve the knowledge stock of learning organization, including the cumulative effect analysis of single factor and the synergy effect of two factors.Research shows that when the organization focus on the improvement of one factor, promoting its innovation capability is the most helpful to the improvement of its knowledge stock and the cumulative effect is the largest.When the organization focus on the improvement of two factors,promoting its innovation capability and changing organizational structure, the synergy effect is the largest.
