Abstract:This research analyzes in-depth personnel competency of scientific research managers of the affiliated hospitals in both status and causes,combined with the relationship between universities and affiliated hospitals,from the perspective of talent competency,and put forward four categories of competence in medical research management consciousness, management ability, active ability and continuous learning ability.At last,propose cultivation methods from six aspects including specific categories,measurable affection,goals achievable,related job responsibilities,assessment time-bound and continuous optimization to provide effective reference for the cultivation of scientific research manager in affiliated hospitals.
