基于112家高新技术企业的调研数据，实证分析技术多元化、网络位势和探索性创新之间的关系。结果表明：相关技术多元化与探索性创新正相关；非相关技术多元化与探索性创新呈倒“U”字型关系；相关技术多元化对探索性创新的促进作用大于非相关技术多元化；网络位势在相关技术多元化和探索性创新之间具有调节效应，其中：联结强度负向调节，位置中心度和结构洞正向调节；网络位势在非相关技术多元化和探索性创新之间不具有调节效应。

Based on the data of 112 high-tech enterprises, the study analyzed the relationship between RTD, network potential and exploratory innovation . The results show that RTD and the exploratory innovation are the positively related.There?is an inverse?”U” relations?between UTD and exploratory innovation; the influence of RTD on exploratory innovation is stronger than UTD; network?potential moderates?the?relationship?between RTD and exploratory innovation:the strength of the network?connection has a negative regulation and the position of the center hole structure has a positive regulation; the network potential has no moderating effect between UTD and exploration innovation.
